meet Gina

Hi there!

I’m fitness trainer and exercise physiologist Gina T. – it’s nice to “digitally” meet you! I’m a fitness trainer who believes in a lifestyle that includes exercise, nutrition and a healthy mindset. I love working in this field because I believe in the power of being fit and healthy, as I’ve seen first-hand how living a healthy lifestyle through exercise, eating whole foods and meditation has changed the lives of many of my clients. I might just be starting to work on a website – but I’ve dedicated my life to helping clients reach their fitness, weight loss and health-related goals.

You might be asking, why did I choose the name Monday Physique for the website? That’s because over the years, it seems that many people are super motived to eat healthy, start a workout program and ditch their bad habits on Monday! When you drive past most gyms, you’ll see the parking lot and gym are packed each Monday, and then dwindles as the week progresses. I hope to inspire you to have that Monday motivation all week long!  

So, stay tuned as we update the site because there is more useful (and hopefully fun) information to come.
